Dukhtaran-e-Millat on Thursday said that slapping of PSA on Party’s chairperson Syedah Aasiyeh Andrabi and her personal secretary and shifting the duo to Amphala jail in Jammu was nothing but a conspiracy to commit murder of Syedah Aasiyeh.

Dukhtaran said that Aasiyeh is critically ill and needs oxygen repeatedly and making her travel through mountainous roads would turn detrimental to her already ailing health conditions. Besides, the medical facilities in Amphalla jail are next to nothing.

In a statement issued here, a spokesperson of the outfit said that the right wing extremist hindus in Jammu division have created an atmosphere of extreme hate against Kashmiri's and particularly against Hurriyat leaders and under such circumstances it would prove fatal to move Syedah Asiyeh from Jail to a local health facility center.

The secretary general of DeM, Nahida Nasreen said that puppet Mehbooba Mufti is dancing at the tunes of her masters in Delhi and she along with her masters has planned to kill Asiyeh Andrabi. “This is proven by the fact that when DC Srinagar had signed the Public Safety Act of the duo, it had ordered that the duo be lodged in Baramulla Sub-Jail. However, later the home department, which is headed by the puppet Mehbooba changed the lodgement to Kot Balwal Jail.”

She said, later, again the order was tampered with a pen and the lodgement was changed to Amphala  jail.

She said that not sending Mrs Andrabi to Central Jail Srinagar where she could be able to met her incarcerated husband once in 15 days reflects the brutal mindset of the occupational forces and Indian stooges in Kashmir.

She said the way PDP-BJP jointly have unleashed a reign of terror on the hapless Muslims of the state is not going to cow down the people of the valley nor the Hurriyat leadership or Mrs Andrabi and her imprisoned husband, Dr Qasim.
“The way Asiyeh sahiba despite numerous health issues is involved in social, religious and political works with sincerity and dedication, it has become unacceptable to India and her local stooges to digest the same.”

Therefore, the assumptions of the people are not wrong that the Indian state and Mehbooba Mufti are planning to kill Mrs Andrabi in Amphalla jail.

Nasreen said that Dukhtaran-e-Millat appeals the Amnesty International, Human Rights Watch Asia, international organizations and other rights groups to act and ensure immediate release of Aasiya Andrabi.

Nasreen said that in 2009 also Mrs Andrabi was sent to the same jail and it was there that Mrs Andrabi suffered from asthma. “In Amphala jail due to the continuous lighting of ritual items, a lot of smoke gets clogged in the jail premises which is detrimental for patients like Mrs Andrabi.”

She said that there is no facility of cleanliness in the jail and last time also Mrs Andrabi  and sofi fahmeeda was kept in a cell with criminals and during ramadan meals for sehri was not provided“Since government knows that last time Mrs Asiyeh had suffered immensely in the jail, they have again sent her to the same jail so that her health deteriorates further.”

“To sent Aasiyeh Andrabi to such a jail reflects that the administration wants to put Mrs Andrabi in such a jail where she will suffer a lot and consequently her heath deteriorates. This is actually equivalent to committing murder of Asiyeh Sahiba.”

Asiyeh Andrabi and Sofi Fehmeeda were arrested on April 26 and despite being bailed out the duo were kept in police custody, Nasreen said.
